Chinni’s Corner-Mulangi Sambar(Radish Sambar)

Its been a while since I ventured into Chinni’s corner, a combination of laziness,cricket and a few other jobs kept me away, but my love for food and adventure with words continue almost unabated with yet another round of recipes. I have seen people up North consume Sambar, like soup, their love for South Indian food is unparalleled, and appreciation quite pleasing. I am now wondering how I would like to take this forward to the next logical step, which according to me would be to step into unexplored areas, undiscovered and little known recipes of India. That is enough food for now, meanwhile let me go back to cooking the Mulangi Sambar.
